Matthew E. Elmaraghi is an associate of Carlson, Calladine & Peterson who practices in the areas of catastrophic injury, product liability, and complex litigation. His litigation experience includes residential and commercial losses, subrogation actions, wildfire litigation, and inverse condemnation litigation.

Mr. Elmaraghi also served as law clerk to several governmental agencies and worked on matters that involved environmental law, energy, water rights, Native American law, regulatory law, the California Public Records Act, the Brown Act, government tort, employment, public finance, real property, construction, and contract law.

While in law school, Mr. Elmaraghi presented at the 34th Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva to lobby on behalf of Human Rights Advocates. Mr. Elmaraghi also served as an editor on the Maritime Law Journal, and was published in the Intellectual Property Law Bulletin.
