Ujvala Singh is an associate at Carlson, Calladine & Peterson LLP.

Ms. Singh has a depth of knowledge and experience in legal malpractice, ethics, and fiduciary breach cases. Her practice focuses on defense and prosecution of legal malpractice, ethics and fiduciary breach cases arising from a wide array of practice areas, including patent and trademark matters, real estate and construction disputes, personal injury, bankruptcy as well as other business and corporate matters.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Singh was an attorney at Gwire Law Offices, where she represented plaintiffs in legal malpractice, ethics, fiduciary breach and fee dispute cases. While at Gwire Law Offices, Ms. Singh successfully handled cases from inception through trial and, when necessary, through appeal.

While in law school, Ms. Singh served as a judicial extern at the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona, in the chambers of the Hon. Susan R. Bolton; and as a judicial intern at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of New Mexico, in the chambers of the Hon. James S. Starzynski (retired, former Chief Judge).

In addition to the practice of law, Ms. Singh is a Ph.D. with a degree in comparative literature, with classics and philosophy. As a scholar, she published peer reviewed articles, presented at conferences, was a resident writing fellow at the UW-Madison Knapp House Graduate Program, and was a lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Ms. Singh is admitted to all California State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of California (Northern and Central Districts), and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
