Phillip Stuller is an associate at the Los Angeles office of Carlson, Calladine & Peterson. Mr. Stuller practices primarily in the area of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Mr. Stuller has represented insurers in numerous actions involving complex, large exposure coverage disputes including claims for defense, indemnity, bad faith, fraud and statutory violations. In addition, Mr. Stuller defends clients in complex litigation, mass torts, and cases involving catastrophic injury and professional liability.

Prior to joining Carlson, Calladine & Peterson LLP, Mr. Stuller practiced at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP in its insurance coverage and bad faith litigation group. While attending law school, Mr. Stuller clerked at the appellate firm of Horvitz & Levy LLP and clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Ronald S.W. Lew as part of a joint program between Loyola Law School and Caltech.
