Nathaniel M. Leeds is an associate at the San Francisco office of Carlson, Calladine & Peterson LLP. Mr. Leeds represents both individual and corporate clients in a wide variety of matters and is experienced in all aspects of complex litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, binding arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, and multiple trials. Mr. Leeds has extensive trial experience gained as a criminal prosecutor where he handled a broad spectrum of cases, from sexual abuse and domestic violence, to identity theft and illegal gaming. His familiarity with jury dynamics and difficult witnesses gives him unique insights into how to effectively defend and prosecute civil cases. Mr. Leeds has also worked in the California legislature and at the Federal Election Commission in Washington, D.C. where he learned about every phase of the legislative and administrative rulemaking process. Mr. Leeds is admitted to practice in the State of California. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Leeds founded an internet start-up and managed a large warehouse operation.
