Margaret J. Allen is a seasoned litigator who has single-chaired jury trials throughout the San Francisco Bay Area involving personal injury, landlord-tenant and breach of contract disputes. She has also resolved numerous cases through mediation and binding arbitration. She has represented clients in international products liability cases as well as toxic tort and complex accident cases. Her broad practice has also included representing clients in disputes relating to insurance coverage and bad faith, construction defects, breach of contract, real estate fraud, and fraudulent lending practices.

Ms. Allen earned her law degree cum laude from Golden Gate University where she served as an editor of the Golden Gate University Law Review and as a judicial extern to Justice Zerne P. Haning (Ret.), California Court of Appeal, and Judge Richard H. Breiner, Marin County Superior Court. Ms. Allen earned her undergraduate degree from Smith College in 1974.

Ms. Allen is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California, in all district courts in California, and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
