Joshua K. Bart is an associate in the San Francisco office of Carlson, Calladine & Peterson LLP. He represents clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including legal malpractice, insurance bad faith, personal injury, and property damage.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bart was at Zitrin & Frassetto LLP, working closely with one of the nation’s leading authorities on legal ethics and attorney conduct, Richard Zitrin, who recently became of counsel to Carlson, Calladine & Peterson. While attending University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Mr. Bart externed for U.S. Magistrate Judge Elizabeth D. Laporte in the Northern District of California. While in law school, Mr. Bart also worked for the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office, where he gained courtroom experience by appearing in court throughout the course of his work.

Mr. Bart is a Member of the State Bar of California.
