Ms. Ellard focuses her practice on complex civil litigation. Ms. Ellard has prosecuted and defended cases involving professional liability, business torts, breach of contract, patent infringement, trade secret theft, catastrophic injury, antitrust, insurance bad faith, and environmental torts.

Ms. Ellard has extensive experience in all aspects of trial work in state and federal courts and various arbitral bodies. Ms. Ellard serves as a pro bono attorney in the community in association with Bay Area Legal Aid, the San Francisco Homeless Services Coalition and the Lawyer’s Committee for Civil Rights on matters involving family and criminal law.

Ms. Ellard is admitted to all California State Courts, all U. S. District Courts in California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
