James Kamanski is an associate at the Los Angeles office of Carlson Calladine & Peterson. His practice is devoted primarily to catastrophic injury, professional liability and general tort liability matters. Prior to joining Carlson, Calladine & Peterson, LLP, Mr. Kamanski was an associate with Breidenbach, Buckley, Huchting, Halm & Hamblet. While at the Breidenbach firm, Mr. Kamanski focused on lawyer's malpractice defense. Mr. Kamanski later established his own firm where he gained substantial experience in the courtroom, taking seven jury trials to verdict including medical malpractice, automobile collision, and general tort liability. He also represented clients in matters involving professional liability, State Bar defense, business litigation and contractual disputes. Mr. Kamanski is admitted to all California State and Federal Courts and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
