Guy D. Calladine is a founding partner of Carlson, Calladine & Peterson LLP and an uncompromising trial attorney with 30 years of experience. Guy specializes in both defense and prosecution of legal malpractice and fiduciary breach claims arising from virtually every facet of the practice of law, including intellectual property, estate and trusts, real property, family law, personal injury and commercial transactions; attorney-client fee actions; partnership disputes and disqualification proceedings. Guy's practice also includes complex commercial litigation and catastrophic injury defense.

Guy counsels law firms on ethics issues, and is a frequent lecturer and continuing legal education provider, allowing others to benefit from his expertise in handling legal malpractice actions. He also mediates cases for the San Francisco Bar.

Guy has been approved as a Certified Specialist in Legal Malpractice Law by the State Bar of California. He has been a Northern California Super Lawyer since 2004 and is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell. Guy is a member of the State Bar of California and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
