Guy D. Calladine Bio

Guy D. Calladine is a founding partner of Carlson, Calladine & Peterson LLP and an uncompromising trial attorney with over 26 years of experience and a formidable reputation. Guy specializes in both defense and prosecution of legal malpractice and fiduciary breach claims arising from virtually every facet of the practice of law, including intellectual property, estate and trusts, real property, family law, personal injury and commercial transactions. Guy has also successfully litigated many attorney-client fee actions, and partnership disputes and dissolutions. These services, as well as Guy’s hands-on approach to his cases, have resulted in numerous referrals from other legal professionals, the highest compliment.

In more recent years, Guy’s practice has included a significant percentage of complex commercial litigation and catastrophic injury actions.

Guy is a frequent lecturer and continuing legal education provider, allowing others to benefit from his invaluable experience and expertise in handling legal malpractice actions and other issues. He also mediates cases for the San Francisco Bar. He has been a Northern California Super Lawyer since 2004.

Guy is a member of the State Bar of California and the Bar Association of San Francisco. He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and has been named a Northern California “Super Lawyer” from 2004 - 2007.
