Christofer C. Nolan is an associate at the San Francisco office of Carlson, Calladine & Peterson. Mr. Nolan maintains an active and diverse litigation practice, representing individual and corporate clients in matters involving claims of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, legal malpractice, products liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, unfair business practices, maritime law, sexual molestation, subrogation, property damage, and breach of contract. Mr. Nolan gained valuable insight and experience in all phases of litigation as a law clerk for the United States Department of Justice, Environmental Enforcement Section, both in Washington D.C. and San Francisco, and as a judicial extern for the Hon. James Larson at the United States District Court, Northern District of California. Mr. Nolan has co-authored several articles on early recognition of attempts to establish bad faith in the insurance setting and trends in construction defect litigation. He is a member of the ABA-Section of Litigation and its Trial Practice, Professional Liability, and Pretrial Practice and Discovery Committees. Mr. Nolan is a member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Nevada, and the Bar Association of San Francisco. He is admitted to practice in all State and Federal District Courts in California and Nevada.
