Bradley P. Kaplan focuses his practice on complex commercial and business litigation matters, including products liability litigation, real estate litigation, chemical and toxic exposure cases, and business tort actions.

He has an extensive background defending personal injury and chemical exposure actions filed against petrochemical companies, arising both out of premises liability and product manufacturing claims. He has litigated issues of cancer and disease causation, industrial hygiene practice, and epidemiological and toxicological analysis. He has defended a wide range of toxic exposure cases, including tobacco, asbestos, chemical reagents, cutting oils, herbal/natural products, industrial solvents, "sick building syndrome."

Mr. Kaplan also has extensive experience with commercial actions including unfair trade practices, deceptive advertising, interference with business relationships, and breach of contract/lease claims in a variety of industries. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, with his strength lying in his ability to evaluate a case and place it into a procedural posture giving his client a tactical advantage toward settlement or trial.
