Bradley P. Kaplan focuses his practice on complex commercial and business litigation matters, including products liability litigation, real estate litigation, chemical and toxic exposure cases, and business tort actions.

Mr. Kaplan has extensive experience with commercial actions including unfair trade practices, deceptive advertising, interference with business relationships, and breach of contract/lease claims in a variety of industries. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, with his strength lying in his ability to evaluate a case and place it into a procedural posture giving his client a tactical advantage toward settlement or trial.

Originally licensed in multiple states as an Emergency Medical Technician, Mr. Kaplan utilizes his medical and science background in litigating personal injury actions in industrial settings. He has litigated issues of injury mechanics, cancer and disease causation, industrial hygiene practice, as well as epidemiological and toxicological analysis. He has represented clients a wide range of toxic exposure cases, including tobacco, asbestos, chemical reagents, cutting oils, herbal/natural products, industrial solvents, and "sick building syndrome."

Mr. Kaplan is admitted to all California State Courts, all of the US District Courts in California (Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts) and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Kaplan has also been admitted, at the request of his clients, as counsel pro hac vice in various other State Courts. Mr. Kaplan is A/V rated by Martindale Hubbell.
